Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (fan oven 180°C). Place the frozen Mozzarella Sticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden-yellow and crispy, turning once.
Deep Frying: Preheat vegetable oil to 182°C. Fry the frozen Mozzarella Sticks for 2 minutes until golden-brown and crispy. Before eating, let them rest for 2 minutes.
