Chicken Dumplings

Cooking Instructions

 

Pan-Fry: Remove pouch from box. Semi-defrost to separate, then remove dumplings from pouch. Pre-heat a non-stick pan with a little vegetable oil. Pan-fry the dumplings flat side down and color until golden brown. Add 1/3 cup of water per serving and cover with a lid. Steam until the water evaporates to cook the dumplings through. Remove the lid and caramelize until golden brown. Carefully handle the hot dumplings and serve immediately.

Microwave: Remove pouch from box. Puncture top film of pouch 3 to 4 times with a knife. Reheat frozen dumplings in punctured pouch in microwave. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes on full heat or until hot throughout - do not overcook. Rest for 1 minute. Carefully remove the hot dumplings from the plastic pouch and serve immediately.

Wrapper: WHEAT flour, water, starch, salt. 

Filling: Halal chicken breast and thigh, spring onion, ginger, white cabbage, sugar, sunflower oil, SESAME oil, chicken stock powder, potato starch, SOY sauce, water, SOYA bean, WHEAT, salt, sugar, white pepper powder.

Contains allergens: wheat, sesame, soy and soya.
