Mozzarella Sticks

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (fan oven 180°C). Place the frozen Mozzarella Sticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden-yellow and crispy, turning once. 

Deep Frying: Preheat vegetable oil to 182°C. Fry the frozen Mozzarella Sticks for 2 minutes until golden-brown and crispy. Before eating, let them rest for 2 minutes.

Note: Preparation times indicated are guidelines only and may vary depending on equipment type/manufacturer. Preparation times are reduced in case of thawed or defrosted products.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, Mozzarella cheese (Milk) 42% [FDM (43%), Rennet From Microbiological Origin], Water, Potato starch, Sunflower oil, Wheat starch, Salt, Thickeners [Methyl cellulose (E461), Locust bean gum (E410)], Yeast, Spices, Dextrose, Wheat protein, Herbs, Rapeseed oil, Antioxidant [Rosemary Extract (E392)], Natural colour [Paprika extract (E160c)].
