Conventional Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Remove frozen chicken strips from package. Place chicken strips in a single layer on a non-stick baking tray. Place baking tray on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 8 minutes. Flip chicken strips over and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes. Time may vary from oven to oven.
Deep Frying: Add oil in a fryer or pan and pre-heat at 180°C (356°F). Remove frozen chicken strips from package. Deep-fry for 1-2 minutes. Flip the chicken strips over and deep-fry for another 1-2 minutes. Allow chicken strips to stand for 1-2 minutes.
Air Frying: Place chicken strips in the air fryer (ensuring they don't overlap) and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the chicken strips over and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
